Ski Trip

We went skiing the weekend after Christmas. It was 60 degrees and there was no snow except for what they had made on the slopes. It was warm enough to take Joshua out to experience snow without having to be so bundled up that he couldn't move!

First touch

He got the hang of throwing snowballs verry quickly - he just couldn't make them! He would bit up the tiniest piece of snow and throw it at you!

Joshua's first ride on a snowboard!

No, I do not ski!!

Craig and Austin heading up to the top.

Austin can snowboard very well.

Craig, on the other hand... :) But really, this was his first time snowboarding and he did pretty good.

Christmas Day

Joshua walked up to the car, picked up the ribbon like it was offensive, walked over and handed the ribbon to Craig, and then climbed on!

Megan is a Sophomore. She will turn 16 in March and is now DRIVING!!!

Joshua finally got into opening a few gifts. He would tear off the tiniest pieces, then shake it off his hand and then go back for another tiny little piece. Could have taken him all day to open everything without help!

Erin is 17 and a Senior! She was 5 when I met the Schultz'. Hard to believe...

Christmas Eve with Craig's Kids

Austin with his favorite gift!

Joshua can't wait until he is old enough to skateboard!!

Zach gets a stocking too!

This is Jessica, Craig's 17 year old daughter. She doesn't come around too much anymore... She is graduating this year, has her own car, her own job - her own life!

Here is a rare photo of Craig with his kids. The youngest is Ryan, Jess and Austin's half-brother. Believe it or not, but Austin just got a haircut!!

Merry Christmas From Joshua!

Getting Our Tree

On Saturday, we all got bundled up and headed out to a nearby Christmas Tree Farm to get our Christmas Trees. Just after we arrived, it started snowing! We couldn't have asked for a more picture perfect day!

The boy in the purple hat is Austin - Craig's son. He will be 13 on the 15th of this month.

He is a great Big Brother! Joshua really enjoys spending time with him.
